The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

Suresh was very patient and helpful throughout the whole car-buying process. I was going back and forth between two cars and he never made me feel rushed or pressured to decide. I was ready to give up on dealerships until I called Honda of Stevens Creek. Four other dealerships played games with their pricing. Phil gave me a price that was acceptable to both. We purchased two Mazdas from Stevens Creek Mazda, and Gabi was incredibly helpful! She answered all of our questions and guided us through the process smoothly. She even went above and beyond to find the exact Miata I was looking for at another dealership, driving over 100 miles round trip to get it for me. I really appreciate her effort! While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so.
