Came in for my regular oil change and tire rotation. This was my first visit to this dealership since I recently moved and usually had my vehicle serviced in my previous town. I was pleasantly surprised by the waiting lounge it was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. I especially appreciated the variety of seating options for those who need to work while waiting. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and made it easy to stay productive. The service took about two hours, which was expected for an oil change and tire rotation. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would return for future maintenance. The only negative was that the mechanics left some dust on my interior. I get it they’re mechanics but a simple wipe down would have been nice.

My wife and I recently bought a new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid at San Jose Stevens Creek Mazda. We traded in our old Mazda CX-5. We worked with Derrik (sales), Jesus (finance), and Edison (service).
