I worked with Product Specialist and Sales Manager while shopping for a Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. Product Specialist was polite and initially told me in the morning that my pricing request would be reviewed with the manager and that I would receive an update. I did not receive a follow-up during the day and had to check back later myself. Sales manager later joined the conversation, but Stevens Creek was not able to approve the pricing structure I requested, and I was not provided a clear counteroffer or updated best-price breakdown. I understand that not every pricing request can be approved, but a clearer and faster response would have saved time. I ended up purchasing from another Mazda dealer that provided a clearer written offer. Overall, the communication was polite, but the follow-up and pricing process could have been better.
